- Allied Franco-British artillery forces bombard German gas reservoirs on the Navarin plateau in Champagne
- SMS Helgoland and six Austrian torpedo boats set out to raid the transport route between Durrazo (Albania) and Brindisi (Italy). They encounter the British cruiser Weymouth and the French torpedo boat Bouclier transporting the Serbian army to Corfu. Two of the torpedo boats collide and the Allies drive the Austrians back to Cattaro in Montenegro.
