- Stowaway Reginald Garth from Perth continues his voyage over the Indian Ocean aboard RMS Mooltan. The 12 year old took advantage of the school holiday on Empire Day to board the vessel with the intent of joining his father and brothers at the Dardanelles. At his parents’ request, Reginald is off-loaded at Colombo and returned to Australia. A Soldier Aged 12 Years
